The sales dept has to pay shop rate to get their tractors worked on. May be a little discount off of what You and I would pay, but they still get charged plenty. Inside the building, there is 3 separate businesses, all trying to make themselves look good. Even if they have to make the other 2 look bad. (sales, parts, service)
