Working on a building plan with a few builders. In talking to the Morton guy, I said I planned to spray the shop building with spray foam. He right away said he would not do that. He said that in areas where the foam seperates from the steel, moisture get trapped and rots the material. I have never heard of this so I gotta ask if this is an issue? Or does morton have another poduct they are trying to push by trashing spray foam.
That's why my builder wrapped the steel before spraying. Spray sticks to the wrap, not the metal. |
