Lawton MI
From what I've seen, Morton, which builds a good building is very close minded to trying anything new. They are pretty much stuck on their product and installation methods only. I personally think they are way overpriced. I haven't looked at one lately, but I'm curious if they're still fastening the steel panels on with nails. That's very old-school, we switched over to screws in the late 1980s.
Screws don't pull out of the wood as nails can. There could be an issue of close cell foam not sticking to the steel if the steel still has an oily surface from when it was rolled in formed.
