I’m familiar with your area and what’s going on there. I’ve visited with four different turbine companies in the last few years. I’m never sure what to believe from them. It does sound as though, because of NPPD involvement, and where transmission lines are concerned, eminent domain can come into play.
As for lawyers, I get the sense that some are better than others on this topic. I recently had a conversation with a lawyer in a casual setting.
