You say you're worried about yield from early planting. Your desire is to go from 150A/day to 250. 750 A beans. IF you pull it off, you'll gain 2 days on the last planted beans. First planted beans would be the same.

I think you could probably get to 200-220/day pretty easy just by pushing yourself a little harder. 14-15 hr days instead of 10-11. It's only 3 or 4 days, it wouldn't kill you.

From my vantage point, it looks like you're just trying to figure a way to justify spending some money.

If I was around full time yes you’d be right.
Mostly has to do with as I watch auctions and find a steal on one. A 32 row 15” bulk fill Kinze sold for $30,000ish at the last jockey auction.
