EC Indiana		Getting rusty with my BA II Plus...

$52,000 PV
$60,000 FV
60 N (5yrs monthly pmts)
$1,000 PMT

Solve for I/V or interest rate??

I’m getting a negative number which is clearly
Impossible. I believe the FV has to be inputted with a negative number. Thanks for the refresher.

Also if the seller actually had $36,000 PV what would his actual return be? Thanks
