Yes he is selling the home to them for $52,000. Wants 60 payments with $0 down payment. How did you figure their interest rate and what is his return if he paid $36,000 up front and sells on contract with $0 down and $1,000/Month for 60 months? These are the story problems I left in my Masters program lol!!
