Subject: "To Ending Stox" or NOT to "Ending Stox" tis the question..

When you use the 41.3 number call it inventory, not carryover or world reserve. It represents what will be on hand on AUGUST 31, 2019 AFTER THIS UPCOMING HARVEST

really?!?

but the WASDE calls it.. "Ending stocks."

Surely the WASDE isn't wrong...???

of course the WASDE actually says that

1/ Data based on local marketing years except Argentina and Brazil which are adjusted to an October-September year. 2/ World imports and exports may not balance due to differences in local marketing years and to time lags between reported exports and imports. Therefore, world supply may not equal world use

...

Jon... Go play with the grandkids till tomorrow night or something. You are one of the sharpest, most knowledgeable guys on here, but you need to go clear your mind for a bit.

Golly you are RIGHT.. I am confused.. I mean do we have 115 mmt's in "ending" stocks or not..  ???

Why don't you figure it out and get back to me..  Specifically is the USDA US Soybean Export Number at 1,900 right.. OR is China.. or Argentina.. or Brazil.. gonna need some of that in order to "pad" their "ending stocks" number..

Okay.. bye.
