So the Lastest WASDE.. from December

has:

World Soybean Carryout of 115 mmt's projected for the 2018/2019 Crop year.

36% of that "YUGE" Carryout will be parked in Argentina at 41.3 mmt's.

and yet.. Argentina is IMPORTING soybeans from the US to the tune of 1.892 mmt's per the Dec 20th report..
