The good news is we usually break out on the flat side. Some theories would say to measure the long side of the
triangle and add to the line. That would put us right back into the 10.50 area again. With known fundamentals
we have every reason to break this market yet it keeps making higher lows on each swing down putting pressure
on your flat line. Underlying strength. Someone knows something that we don't. Worth what you paid for it.
