N East Sask, Canada | Margarine would be just fine, but google it and the problem is the HEAT used in extraction of veg oils. Apparently changes the oil to toxic compound! Buy what you believe I guess . We have eaten it for 40 years but now wonder about it? Thankfully saturated fats like butter are NOT the cause of artery/heart issues. SUGAR is # 1 evil, especially high fructose CORN syrup. How do USA farmers feel about that? | |
