Southwestern Minnesota | I'm with you on this. I like and use butter too- you can't beat the taste. But if you are a grain farmer, then one of your end products is margarine, so I wouldn't be bashing something that contributes to your livelihood. There are people who have dairy allergies and need to avoid dairy products. In addition, for those who have an elevated cholesterol level and strong family history of heart disease, it may be in their best interests to go easy on foods high in cholesterol and saturated fat. | |
