Urbana, OH | They are correct. Hamburgers are usually 12-13 minutes a side. Steaks and chops are usually 15-20 minutes a side depending on the outside temp. This single digit to 30 degree weather makes you lose some heat quick! We love to to get a chunk of bologna and slice it into 3/4-1” thick pieces and grill it. Then we put broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts in foil and toss them in olive oil & Carolina seasoning and steam them on the Holland for 45-50 minutes. | |
