Do you add water to drip tray when doing the larger cuts. I cooked a pork loin just to try and filled the tray with water/beer mix. It was extremely juicy. Is this required? Nope, cooks so slow I never thought it dried meat out. I remember one time wife put a bunch of chicken legs and thighs on and forget about them. Must have been on more than two hours. We’re still pretty darn good!
