I completely understand that you shop around. And try to get the best deal you can, I fully get it. COP is king. But if you sell out for a .25 or a couple bucks a bag that says a lot right there.
$2/bag over 500 units is $1,000. If the variety numbers are identical, and the seed treatment and level of service are the same, that's another $1,000 in a farmer's pocket.
$1,000 says a lot, too. Why should the farmer give instead of the seed company? Loyalty is a two way street.
