NE Neb | It's amazing here a farm down the road from me doesn't have a ditch anymore it is farmed. I call to have them clean a ditch out so my field doesn't get eroded and they don't have time. I ask if I can do it myself and you get told only with special permission. So 3 years later you're still calling waiting for an answer if they are going to do it or if you can have special permission and I'm still waiting. I'd do it myself but without permission I'm sure they'd make an example of it. | |
