A bit of ditch on each side. More is better, a little helps a lot.
A road grader or strong three point blade angled sharply, many passes. Here need to work it in spring when things are soft coming out of the thaw to work that much.
The trouble is the pot holes will fill with large loose stuff and never pack, so you really need to churn it all up as deep as the deepest pot hole and then pack and smooth it down in layers again.
Leveling it now, adding crushed concrete about 4 inches or more of 2 inch, topping with good gravel, with a crown and some bit of ditches would be the deluxe treatment.
My driveway looks worse, so I haven’t done what I preached.... they did a pad in front of the shed here years ago like I describe, and has worked well.
