Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I was checking in at a busy airport one time. And the guys taking the checked baggage were receiving tips. I couldn't understand it all they were doing was taking your bag turning around and setting it on a cart but everybody there seemed to be handing them ones and fives. I refused to give a tip for something as stupid as that. My baggage still made it on the airplane just fine.
Watching this for the 15 or 20 minutes I was there I figured those guys are easily pulling in an excess of $100 per hour as busy as it was.
