SENE | My Grandfather bought a Sears house in 1928 and my Dad bought the farm in 1930 and I have lived in this house since 1936. I went through the inside in the 1970's and changed things. The Local carpenters that erected the house weren't the best ,for one thing ,they layed the sub floor and top floor the same way.
Other wise a GOOD House If I remember ,it cost $3500
