NW Illinois Stephenson county | That "car" was my Uncle Floyd's car. One of the neighbors and him had a terrible motor cycle accident so he used that buggy on wheels. He had a switch on it so he could shock the girls when they leaned on it. I was surprised at this since he did not seem like a chick magnet to me. This is what he wrote on the back of that picture.
