There is a Sears house or at least a house sold by sears, that I remember being built in our county seat town. It is a modern ranch style maybe 30-35 years old. I don’t remember if it is a kit house or a stick house built by a contractor arranged by Sears. A neighbor across the section from me lives in an older Sears house probably built in the 40’s.
