I'd stick with your current setup personally- alot less to worry about provided the dumping grey water in the ditch is OK with you. Plumbers don't widely encourage the use but an AAV (remote vent) is a very convenient way to add a vent under a sink where there otherwise isn't one available- i.e. vent plumbed up the wall cavity, through the roof vent. I'd investigate the discharge to the sump pump and why you get the gurgle sound. Possibly you are plumbed together and could separate the two lines at the sump basin. A check valve at the discharge to prevent backflow may also be wise as suggested.
