| The house on acreage that I am going to buy. It's a two story house built in 1920. About 1,800 square foot total. There is a fuel oil furnace in the basement that will need to go! Had someone came over and gave me estimate. He said he can install two units in house. One in the basement and one in the attic. Three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Only one vent and no air return upstairs. Plenty of room in the attic with stair.
My question is what the electric bill will looks like with two units?
One unit will be running more time than two units is same bill as two units are running? | |
