Isn't that how everyone starts?
Everyone who didn't take over daddy's farm. I have no problem with anyone who did that, but loans are just about always required for the rest of us.
First loans I had scared the hell out of me. Some people go really big even at the start, hindsights 20/20, but I should have done that. Can't fault someone for that, they don't always make it but they took a lot of risk doing it. Less than 15 years later, my first loans are paid off and the current ones are a hell of lot bigger... and don't scare me at all. | |
