Tomcat - 12/13/2018 11:40 The entire traction booster concept from Allis Chalmers is stupid. Two levers to raise or lower the 3 point completely dumb.

Curious to know which model you had/have that takes 2 levers to run the 3 point. I have ran a WD,D-17,D-15 that only had ONE lever, and now a 180 and XT, still only takes ONE lever to lift/lower the 3 point even though there are 2 additional levers. I have no experience with 7000 series and newer though, perhaps it's those ?

7000 series has 2 levers, but the innermost one can be left alone 98 percent of the time.

Thanks GM. As to the original topic and similar to Tomcat, the engineer that designed the placement of ALL of the hydraulic levers on the ALLIS D-19.I am trying to forget we ran one of "those".
