| We looked at a 854 before buying a 3185. 854 looked a little crude & rare in this area though at one time most if the commercials ran then. Now most have gone green or red.
Our 3185 had the active suspension, 750 Gal elliptical tank & 75'booms. Was farming about 2,200 acres so spraying 6,500 - 7,000 ac/yr. Hyds a little weak, had to rev engine up.some when folding booms. Only time that I had power issues was running on.fall moleboard plowed ground in spring. Other than that could run 11-12 mph in 2nd @ 3/4 throttle. | |
