Britton, SD | Ran an older Tyler (phone booth cab) sprayer for years. Here are things we bid to make it reliable. Changed all the hydraulic hose, it was a big mess and cost more than you may think but solved blown hoses when fill of product and going across field or folding out/up. We rebuild saddle for tank before it broke the ball(no long made). Parts were cheaper from the sprayer dealer than from the caseih dealers, often half price.
Only other thing on Tyler we did was put a little larger tire on and as light as it was never got stuck with it after that, the small pizza cutters could get stuck when full as back fell in. We had W/T with larger JD engine and bigger hubs really great machine. | |
