Subject: RE: storing grain for landlord with share crop lease

Monroe City, MO

We still have several farms that are crop share. We store theirs with our. Everything is weighed before going in bin. I sell theirs with mine in my name. I can advance money over the year and settle up once I'm sold out. They get the same price as me and they like it because they have 20 or more sales throughout the year. There is always shrink, as the bushels in are always greater than out. They understand.

No charge for storage, .04 cents a point for drying and I do charge for hauling. Been working for forty years for some farms so I guess everyone is happy.
