I'm glad for you that cash corn is .40 higher in your area it is not in mine. but with falling ending stocks one would think higher cash prices would be in the making.
So you think having the American Public pick up the 12 billion dollar tap for bad policy makes it good policy. OK i will put you down on the side of government money fixes all policy.
