Right or Wrong...We made some marketing decisions based on getting the full $1.65 - since that is what the secretary alluded too. We were up in the air with some soybean marketing decisions but the mention/ promise of the full 2nd payment made the decisions easier. Personally I am disappointed in the way the it is being handled.

I would venture to guess a large portion of the 18 soybean crop was sold in the fall when tariff damage was at its worse.... i wonder if the gov't understands that.
