I call BS on that mileage for the GM's, don't reset your trip for about 5,000 mi. and c what your mileage average is. Not just the one highway trip that you checked it. The EcoBoost don't have problems running. And the problem with the AFM's is all the way up to 2018, they didn't change anything, it all boils down to short trip, and to long of oil change interval, and no it doesn't matter if you run full synthetic. I have customers with 200,000 mi. on them because they changed their semi synthetic oil every 4,000mi. or less.

You can call BS on it if you want but that's what they are getting. And it is 95% highway miles. we live out in the Boondocks not 10 minutes from town. The display on my dad's pickup will tell you what your average mpg is for the last 50 miles.I have seen it very between 17.8 to 24.5 MPG with the average being around 20-21.

My brother's 6.2 I have only driven once but he is telling me it gets 19 on average

Not sure how much the AFM actually does for the mileage. I may try to chip one of them to disable it and see what happens
