If it was to someone who my parents (just guessing) thought enough of to deed some ownership to? Yes.

But that is me. I would not attempt to screw a sibling out of money. Easy answer is to sell the property in question and each take their money and you can than go buy that parcel beside you where you would have full ownership.

As an example 4 siblings each have 25% interest. You buy out sibling #1 at a 50% discount, sibling #2 at a 50% discount and sibling #3 at a 50% discount. You now own 100% which you purchased at a 50% discount. Is that what your parents would have wanted?
