Northern Illinois

If it is for the IRS than you need to get an appraisal and it is up to them.

If it is for anything else I would not put a discount on it. I would not attempt to short anyone $$$. Someday those minority interests will become majority interests so why should they be discounted.

Realize this is an unpopular opinion on this site.
