If you are making 100000 a year you should be able to cover 30000 a year in healthcare. Theory is the more people paying their share the cheaper the insurance. Heathcare for the most part should cost the same if no one paid premiums vs. everyone paying. 100000 heart surgeries will be billed somewhere. It will be payed by people having insurance or collectively by government. You choose.
