Subject: RE: World soy exports

South central kansas

To say that the US is from a supply and logistical standpoint is the most reliable supplier, is IMO, is to ignore the fact the US has lost market share for world soybeans since 1980.

Brazil has made major inroads in logistics since 2007 and will continue and the longer this trade war lasts with beans, the faster Brazil logistics will improve relative to the US.

The following is from USDA looks at US competitive logistics relative to Brazil. It come out before the trade spat happened, but it is nonetheless still relevant.
