upstate ny | X100. It really does bring out the WORST in a lot of people. Tbey act like their entire life depends on getting that big buck pn the Wall, and you are personally putting them out by not allowing them to hunt. Hunting season is my absolute least favorite time of year. Otherwise rational people just lose their minds chasing a deer that might put 40 or 50# of meat in the freezer. And the amount they spend to do it...... on a per pound basis it would be cheaper to buy a whole cow, have it butchered AND buy the freezer to put it in. I understand that some guys just really enjoy hunting, and its a stress release for them to just be in the woods. 9 times out of 10, those are the guys who are the responsible, respectable, and respectful hunters anyway. | |
