Yep. Irrigating soybeans are tuff. We usually just try to keep alive on our sandy ground, applying around 1/4 to 1/2 maybe a week during July. Come around 1st of August, we will apply up to an inch when in full pod development. If we water to soon around here, eastern Kansas, sudden death will set in fast. Even then, you get to some corners where pivot doesn't hit and they yield the same as the irrigated part. Going to try more Fungicide on them. Last time I did some, wanted to get rid of some old fungicide, had about a 4 bu yield response. When you guys figure out how to water beans, let me know...lol.
