Same here.. the video and binder was real impressive... and the pitch too... the numbers don't pan at all for me.  Lots of folks going to hoops here.  I'm not huge on the full-time confinement concept, but I think if you go the summit route, that's the only way to even have a shot at it penciling, and that's still sketchy with my math.
