If your dealer stocks a hydraulic platform kit for a JD6430 Premium, he must be the biggest dealer in the country and may be knowledgeable as well. Chances are he does not have one in stock, but is trying to sell you what you need. Extremely slow speed and electric drive do not belong in the same sentence. If you want to go the cheap way, hands on the steering wheel has worked for a long time. Also don't skimp on correction service. If a pass is going to take more than 10 minutes don't go with WAAS. Find a dealer you trust and listen to them. Best of luck.
