Central Alberta | Banks all go through cycles. You can either walk out with twice the money you want easily or walk out with only 20% of what you wanted if you sign everything away including your first born and right leg.
A few years ago I couldn’t get $1000 line of credit of my personal checking account but two weeks later borrowed $100000 to buy cattle.
I couldn’t get a mortgage to buy a $100000 house in town but a few months later got a loan of a half million dollar farm. But than they wouldn’t give me a $5000 loan for a rake when I was already putting down 50%.
Banks make no sense at all and if you ever figure them out next week they will be a mystery again. | |
