FCS doesn't like risk ,they will try to get u gone if they feel u are a risk.
I built a calving barn this summer and they told me the barn is worthless to them and I agree how would u repo a barn.

I love fcs I don't do anything to get a operating note but sign my name once every 3 years. They don't put a lean on me at salebarns and my interest rate is lower than a bank.

Best thing I did was move out of a small bank having to take in my taxes ,show a operating plan show cash flow ,line idem assets and on and on just to renew a operating note. No thanks
