To the OP. You've gotten some good suggestions. I guess the rental property one I consider pretty feasible if you can mentally deal with the tenants. It can pay you income down the road (retirement) and doesn't require huge time investments normally. You can get into it with not much money but it doesn't pay you much money today though and that's a downside for most people. |
