Real estate appraisal, course that's full time and so is farming but it does keep me out of mischief if I don't have time to play.
Some of the other sideline jobs others I know have include driving school bus, crop insurance adjusting, and factory jobs. If you are handy at fixing or repairing there's always a demand for someone like that.
