Come on now, grammar, the way you used it, is an adjective.  You can't have it both ways. My personal thoughts are that if you are going to criticize anyone's use of the complex rules in the English language, you, yourself, should be 100% accurate in your own usage. Even the use of JMO is wrong but such is used repeatedly in todays world.
