West Central Iowa		The trade over the past few years going by market mentality and what not has moved to more of a "prove it" type stance.

I still talk to the desk guys in both the desks I worked in and keep in contact with some of the hedge managers I used to fill orders for.

that's the stance they're taking. plus doing what they're told.... make money for clients whether it's a dollar or a million it's make money
