What if the Co-Op deduction is a scheme from the Co-Op lobbyist set to fail?

Could be wrong on this, but thought the way things were written farmer that sold grain to a COOP got a 20% deduct against the sale.

There is a wage deal on the individual 20% pass through on over $315,000 that comes into play, along that includes wages and or 2.5% of dep assets over last ten years plus wages paid. But in this case higher the wages, the more $ that are eligible for 20% flow through.
