With the amount of carry over grain the average farmer has in bins and DP each year I would think this would be an excellent time to liquidate that carry over grain a a reduced tax rate. I am thinking this will reduce a lofty tax bill later on in the years closer to retirement when a farmer might have to sell grain and not have deductions to go with it
