.1.5 lbs sausage
3 c milk
1 t salt
1.5 c cheddar cheese
9 eggs, beaten
1/2 t dry mustard
3 slices bread, cubed
Brown sausage and drain on paper towel. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and bread cubes. Stir in sausage and part of cheese. Pour into greased 9x13. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Refrigerate, covered. Bake 350" for 1 hour uncovered.
Here's mine. Easy and good!
I use one similar to this except I make a gravy with the sausage and milk and pour it over 1 can of biscuits spaced out in the 9x13, pour the eggs over that and top off with cheese.
