Super easy, super quick
Brown 1 lb of sausage and drain
Put sausage in 9x13
Stir in 12 eggs until scrambled and mixed well
Put in oven at 350 for about 20 min. Watch closely and when it's almost done top with cheese of your choice until melted
The center will be last to get done so when you see it starting to form up you know it's close
