Another quick one is to take about 1/2 lb of sausage and brown it
Mix with one pack of cream cheese
Take some hungry jack biscuits ( we call them whoop em biscuits cause when you whoop me on the counter top they bust open) and place them in muffin trays. Depress the center of the biscuit down into the tray to make a space. Fill the space with the sausage mix and then bake in oven on 350 for about 10-15 min.
